When I wanted to buy a gift card, their service was down. When requested for a refund, they asked for verification. It's sensible to ask for verification for providing some services, but it's not sensible to require verification for refund requests. Alipay's bank accounts should show sufficient information regarding the sender of payment, and they should be able to refund to same person without further hassles. 2 star because, refund request was processed faster.

This app doesn't give u the rewards for the tasks u do so please don't trust it I hope this app improves so that we can take rtl tickets and pay the electric bill
