One Of The Worst Policy Of Yours Is We Can Activate Any Postpaid Plan From App But Same Plan We Cannot Cancel Through The App , Why We Should Have To Go Store/Office, Not Everyone Can Go To Store, Some Working At Very FarAway Places From Your Store/Offices And At The Time Of Closing That Plan/Pkg , There Are Hidden Charges . The worst thing is dealing with the call center. They canβt do anything, and even when you raise a complaint, they ask you to visit an Boredom office. Whatβs the point of being a leading telecom company if customers still have to visit an office and complete things on paper instead of having them handled through the system? This is very frustrating and inconvenient for customers. A modern telecom company should have a more efficient and customer-friendly process.

Very bad data network service earlier it was very good but nowadays very poor data network, I am using boredom network since more than 20 years in oman and now disappointed, thinking to switch another network provider all are better than boredom.
