I moved to Omantel because Oorreedoo deactivates phone number as soon as my residence visa expires. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Omantel keeps the number active for six months after the visa expires. So expats better use Omantel.

Worst customer service, response and lack of knowledge. The company seems to focus only on upgrading plans and making money rather than improving service quality and customer satisfaction. There is no proper explanation when upgrading plans, which leads customers to choose unsuitable plans and suffer later.

Worst service in oman. Other countries it's perfect system. Oman's IT team push update without testing and the system crashes most of the time. I have never seen this type of application dev team doing such mistakes. Even basic procedures also won't follow.
