Ooredoo apps not working smoothly for 4G user's. Even add on 50 GB for 5kd with other long Internet plan had gone vanished in another5G supporting device. Very next day they are asking for another recharge. VERY BAD experience. Some costumer care peoples are not cooperative also.

In hasawi multiple numbers of users facing network issues including me why? After 4pm to night 10 pm the net is soo poor when I go customer service it says it's because I'm out of coverage area ? Really coverage area? It's 2026, and I have a 5g net, and I'm out of coverage area how is this possible soon find the issue, and please solve it! It's serious!! Every month I'm paying 6kd for 60gb net is not a joke! We expect to get a good grip of net and U guys don't do anything?
