App is cool. But here's a few things which I think needs improvement. 1. (Bug) App is crashing in the background after I have exited the app by clicking home button (says 'App Keeps stopping'). 2. Video on the lock screen may seem nice. But I feel like it makes the app slow and big. Sometimes that screen appears blank with buttons. 3. Animation on amount number (incrementing from 0 to actual amount) is annoying, would be worse for people with photosensitivity. Hope to see these changes

Lousy app & lousy bank. It says my username or password is incorrect. Then I tried to make a new password. Says I cannot type the old password. So again I try the same password, then says incorrect again. Then I am blocked. I tried to call the bank for days. No one picks up. Then I contact the WhatsApp number, and she says I have to go to the bank to verify it's me, or I have waited in line for a video call. I asked when I will get this video call, I get the reply saying that they don't know.

If I could give 0 *, I would. When I press on lock sign on the page that comes up first, it doesn't respond. I have to repeatedly press several times until keypad shows up. & I end up pressing wrong numbers. Previously this app couldn't verify my fingerprint on the 3rd try & got me locked out. Turns out the keypad option is also no good. Also, the animation to load balance is very disturbing. (Besides the app, note: I keep getting spam msgs from MIB about things I've not even requested for :@

Tried several times to log in to the app. Returns with unknown error at otp part. Uninstalled and then downloaded again still the same problem, unknown error.
