App works great with my two fans at home. As of 11/2019 location permission now required for the app to work but since Internet access not requested, location is not shared.

Simple and Great app. Really appreciate an update coming out to support the latest version of the app. Only issues are the request for location (which can be avoided if you set it to request Admin Bluetooth (from docs)) and adaptive icon support (very quick fix). Otherwise, works great now!

No good way to switch control among two or more fans. Bluetooth won't stay connected, keeps scanning and re-scanning. It will work eventually. Also seems to be missing any way to password protect or otherwise secure access to the fan control. Seem like anyone with the app could connect to my fans. Fortunately the usage numbers of the app are so low it's unlikely someone near me is using this. Please make the Bluetooth detection more stable and reliable. It should not have to reconnect every 3–5 seconds.
