Very fast and easy to set up app with the help of Modern Forms Customer Service for my ceiling fan. It is easy to use as well and provides a good alternative when I can't find the remote or want to start the fan before I get home to cool down my room. I'm very grateful CR told me about the app when I called about something else as the Lamps Plus technician who installed it did not.

We purchased three of the Aviator 54 fans, and so far, we love them. They are extremely quiet and move so much air. Beautiful with and without the lighting kit. Once the fans were synced to the app, it has been working great. Was even able to group both fans in our bedroom into one, so we can control them at the same time. The breeze feature is unique as well. Great purchase.

The fans do not stay on Wi-Fi. Even with perfect signal, they lock up. The cloud connection is also unreliable. Technical support has helped me troubleshoot the issue, and it has to do with their hardware, not my network. I was told by technical that I need an additional part for my home, the abacus. While this device did help with some of the issues, it did not resolve my connectivity issues. The abacus does not have 2-way communication with the fan and does not update its state

This app is garbage. It refuses to connect my fan to my network despite having been connected for about 5 years without issue. I factory reset everything, reinstalled the app, and it always gets stuck at the "wait for your android device to join Wi-Fi" where it stays forever. Do not buy this fan, it is a nightmare to use with the app and there is zero support.
