Ordered online. App kept asking for payment, bank account already charged. Went in at pickup time. No one acknowledged me. All walkins were in and out. I was there over 30 minutes AND 2 employers had nerve to argue with me, try to short my orders, give excuses for how busy they are, computer problems. I understand your popularity has outgrown your space but stop offering online and door dash and other options until you can fulfill that expectation because you abt to lose business my peeps

When you call about the lunch specials the recording says if you order online you'll get your food quicker and not have to wait in line. Well I ordered online then got there and had to wait 15 minutes then watch all the people in line get their food and leave. I should've just did a walk in instead. The service was horrible
