Super easy to use and user-friendly, but it's unfortunate that so much with the insights and all that are locked behind a paywall, but it's still usable without it. I started strong with the tracking water and calories, but it's easy to quickly lose motivation to keep up with that, but that's my own issue. The actual timer is great, and since starting about two months ago I'm already down over 10 pounds and that's with zero other lifestyle changes in diet or exercise. Definitely worthwhile!

EDIT: Had to drop a star because I forgot to start my fast timer last night at 11:30, but it won't let me start it this morning and set the start to last night without editing it after I stop the fast. That's absurd. This app did require a lot of setup information, but it doesn't force me into an online account and once setup is over it lets me use the only function I care about without hassle: the timer. I don't care about anything else the app has to offer, and it doesn't force me to care.

It is not a user-friendly app, I could find no suggestions on what to eat to end the fast. In spite of requesting a vegetarian menu, I can't find a variety of recommendations. They have a single database for recipes of limited dishes, and it's upto the customer to figure out how to navigate through the app and find the relevant information. Not worth the subscription, I already feel I wasted my money.
