They didn't work for a week or 2. Once it started working, it works great ! Also, I think it has helped me drive better tbh ! I have received 15 euros back in 1st month and 45 in 2nd. Seems like FBTO is finally making some good improvements. They only need to improve their customer service as people are a bit rude especially to English-speaking customers.

Unfortunately I have had a lot of problems with this. The first month everything worked fine. Then all my rides disappeared from the app last month just before the end of that cycle. So I didn't get credit for any rides due to this. Then for the last month it sometimes records a ride but sometimes doesn't. When it does, it deletes the previous ride! I contacted support and rides are recording again. Now after the latest update I also can't take screenshots anymore due to hidden permissions!

I need to check too often if the pod is still connected. Now I have a gap of a month and will probably lose my credit for this month in which I drove long distances carefully. And after reconnecting it thinks I was driving all day which I wasn't. It also differs from the Toyota app which gives me a good score whilst the pod thinks I took part in WRC. I get increasingly disillusioned with this pod and think fbto is shortchanging me.
