Used to work fine. Recently updated, now it only logs in with digid. That doesn't work, keep getting the same error message. Updated both this and digid, still nothing. Now this app is just a waste of space. Very unfortunate.

Only 1 parent can see the kids in the app. It is frustrating in 2024 that only 1 parent can have the required data for the kids when in urgency in a hospital abroad (been there done that). With our former insurance (CZ) the kids were visible to the other parent.

The app is in English, and it works well for now. But I find it ridiculous and absolutely short-sighted to be required to have your phone AND AN INTERNET CONNECTION to access your Gorgas. What if you are abroad and don't have roaming, don't have your phone, has no battery, data plan, or have no phone signal? Let me be clear: the app doesn't let you log in without an internet connection. Awful idea from people who don't care about the user. Shame I have to wait one year to switch companies

A nightmare to work with the FBTO website and app. You can do somethings on the website and somethings in the app. For example: On the website you have to switch between "mijnfbto" and "mijn zorg.fbto" if you want to make a declaration. Why? If you are logged in at "mijnzorg.fbto" you should be in the system and having to log in again at "mijnfbto".
