The Augmented Reality (AR) option in the Know & Go app highlights features in the interior and exterior of your vehicle using your camera. Currently only for select 2021 and 2022 models and trim levels. More models across our iconic brands of Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Dodge, and Wagoneer vehicles sold in North America being added regularly. Check back often for more vehicles. Or suggest which model to be released next!
Beyond exploring real, live vehicles via AR, some vehicles are available virtually in 3D! Want to see what a new Jeep Rubicon would look in your driveway? Place a virtual one down on your driveway and start exploring it - inside and out! You can even put it in your living room and marvel at it from your sofa!

I must have jumped the gun. I have Jeep 4xE and downloaded the app. But after scanning the VIN, it just hangs on a screen that says Loading Details... It also had a picture of a truck, not my Jeep. It looks like from the description the Jeep details aren't available. But that wasn't obvious upfront. Not a great user experience. I hope you get the 4xE up soon, and it's great, and I can give you 5 stars then if you nail it.

I can get past the screen to accept the terms and conditions. It doesn't let me click on the square to accept. I have tried tapping it, but still nothing. It just starts over reading the terms and conditions. Do you have any idea on how to get past this? I have deleted the app and downloaded it several times.

Talk back, the hearing impared function, is automatically turned on by the program. Using the manual shutoff or my phone assistant doesn't matter, it won't shut off.

It gives an authentication issue alert before I can even get anywhere in the app. Useless.
