Using intuitive setup features – as well as real-time logs and monitoring – FE Connect allows you to support any Franklin Electric product equipped with wireless connectivity. You can monitor and troubleshoot products, minimizing hands-on interaction with the drive or protection device.
And now, FE Connect offers even more interactive support via the app’s One-to-One™ tool. This new feature allows you to easily and securely give support team members temporary access privileges via one of two modes: Handoff for real-time programming access or View Only for read-only capabilities. It’s one more way Franklin Electric is supporting professionals so you can get on to the next job faster.

App works well enough. Clean layout. Why don't we have instantaneous power displayed on the dashboard!? Some more in depth explanations of the various calibration parameters would be helpful, they are very brief. Occasionally has trouble connecting to the controller. It would be cool if the app would estimate flow rate if additional information were provided about the motor and pump model, pumping depth and line diameter, etc.

It works well, only downside is, it uses Wi-Fi direct which is always a pain. It'd be a lot more convenient if it connected to my Wi-Fi network like my sprinkler controller etc. and the app discovered it on the network. Or worst case they could do a cloud server style setup (like hunter sprinkler controllers), not as good as local because someone has to pay for the servers (probably me with a subscription) and one day when they're shut down I'd be out of luck. Still better than Wi-Fi direct though.

The Franklin Electric FE connect version 4.0.3 and their SD20 24E1 version 5.7.1 did NOT "Connect" using my Android 13 Galaxy S22 (SM-S901U) phones Bluetooth. Using this combination I constantly get "Bluetooth read failure" each time I try to connect the Android phone to the SD20 VFD. The app connected no problem using an iPhone.

It's super frustrating to get connected! It works once connected, but that happens only after interminable retrying. If I weren't technically savvy, I would have given up. I checked for an update, but I'm using the latest, v3.1.2. So...

You have to be standing next to their device for it to work. Their device has Wi-Fi but will only connect to a nearby phone, not a local Wi-Fi router.
