These guys constantly mess up my order no matter where I order from half of my meal is always let behind. Only part of the order ever makes it to my house and then I have to call the place back the delivery guy has to go back a second time and get the rest of my food. I have ordered from McDonald's wendies and dairy queen and every time the food just isn't picked p properly. On top of that you can't even go into the app and see your previous orders anywhere to confirm to show them you ain't lyin

Very unreliable, I've had to cancel several orders because of unresponsive drivers, and sometimes it takes almost an hour to be told my food isn't coming. Super unfair for the restaurants too, my order is placed and confirmed, which means they're wasting time making it only to throw it out. The only reason I try is because they're the only service that delivers for some restaurants in my area, as soon as that changes I'll never be using Feastify again.
