For some unknown reason, the "sort" feature never works for me. The products list doesn't change no matter how I set it, it's the same on website too. Would really appreciate it being fixed, it really affects my experience with the app.

Hello fdn, I want to join the try and review campaign and have filled all the information needed, but there is one problem I've found. I can't fill the 'beauty profile', there is no button to change my skin type, skin tone, etc. So it makes me can't join the try and review campaign, because of these bugs. Please repair this as soon as possible. Thank you

Every time I open the app, it suggests me to update it. After I updated it, one last bug fixed but found another bug. The pattern is like find bugs-update the app-last bugs fixed but another bugs appear-update the app again-last bugs fixed again but another bugs appear again. Only rounds on that circle. It's so exhausting.

I only downloaded this app because it’s the only way to join the event. I’ve already logged in and filled in my personal data, but still had to re-enter everything again just to buy a ticket. It’s 2025—why are we still forced to download a full app just for event access? This feels outdated and frustrating.

Used to be 5⭐ app to me, but this new version layout&feature felt so messy & hard to find what I need. When I was in a rush to buy something for marketplace, I usually rushed in to FD app to find the product reviews there & when I needed something with certain ingredient, I rushed in to the app & use the ingredient as my keyword there, and done. But with this newest version, it's pain in my a’s to do so. So frustrating, too much time wasted just to do smth that can be done only in a few mins 😫
