The application doesn't sync all the time with Blue helix 34k but 90% is working. Sometimes the application doesn't start, and it is required to reboot the mobile phone in order to make it work again. Maybe the application has some memories leak or doesn't release the resources. As other users suggested I will appreciate if the application will keep a history of usage/starting/stopping of the boiler in order to estimate overall the gas consumption. Please help us with this new feature. Thanks!

App must be debugged. App doesn't loathe parameters in the bouler. And it is necessary to repeate the action 10 or 20 times, until request is accepted. Configuration of the boiler to be out of home for some days is a nightmare.... To configure this operation and to configure the date of end for this mode takes another 10 or 20 attempts if you are lucky.... And Boiler lost this configuration and start to work in normal mode every two days. I am highly surprised about the problems of this app....

It simply does not work. Click next, click wps, led blinking green, time out. Tested 6 times. From my POV who ever coded this needs to be fired.

It used to work poorly, but at least it worked partially (I could only change the temperature and modes through the app after several attempts). I updated the app and things only got worse. All the previous issues remain, but now the app doesn't display the boiler temperature.

Poor app. Many times are just a black screen, needing force close a reopen. Losses connection with room thermostat.

DON'T USE WI-FI. Use hotspot instead. If you're encountering problems connecting to the thermostat/heating device, try opening a hotspot with your phone and enter the hotspot details in the Connection Info menu. Obviously, using this method will only allow you to control the thermostat inside your home, but it will be enough to change the implicit settings of the thermostat (temperatures and timetables). After this, you can easily use the thermostat without this horrible app.
