The worst delivery app have ever experienced in my entire life, you moving like a scam organization, place order for over 3 hours no pickup and have made payment, all possible means to contact customer service is to no avail, very useless organization. How I wish I haven't made payment. Better refund me or do what is necessary

Very unreliable app, customer service is zero, the app assistant doesn't answer questions except the already generated ones. No attempts to reassure clients of their credibility or give them answers to questions pothering them about the orders they are about to make.

Their service sucks! My item arrived at my location since Monday and till today which is Saturday I haven't received my package. They claimed my number hasn't been available, but I have been calling and speaking with their Rep from Tuesday morning till Saturday for updates!!! I wrote multiple emails to the brand, called their customer service lines and got no response from them. Their rep finally gave my item to a bus driver to bring to me despite paying this brand for doorstep delivery!
