Poor attitude of Management is annoying. They ask for refundable deposit amount but when we leave the property they will never respond to us in terms of deposit amount. However, the property is Neat and had a great and comfortable stay. Update : After 1 month time and continuous follow up they have refunded the amount. Thanks

Waste app. Not able to log in. It asks for mobile number and OTP. When OTP is generated, it gets autofilled and even if OTP is correct it says invalid code! And asks for community code. Now what is community, how to get it. No information on that also . Totally waste of time. This is the first app I am seeing which fills auto OTP correctly but says invalid code !!

Feedback about PG (FF21 HBR Property): The room is infested with bed bugs. Despite repeated complaints and promises to replace the bed, it hasn’t been changed even after two months. Food is only provided if you place an order, and even then, the quantity is limited – not unlimited as claimed. Laundry service is misleading – they only wash clothes, no ironing is included. The lift has been out of order for the past 1 month. Please do check and take feedback from any resident before booking.
