Anytime you want to access MyFHN through the app, just log in with the same username and password set up for the online version of MyFHN. DOESN'T WORK PERIOD! DON'T SIGN UP IF YOU ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM! SHOULD'VE STAYED WITH MY CHART! NO NEED FOR THIS APP! DON'T USE! 😔😔😔😔😡😡😡😡

The app and the website needs more work. I wish fhn would merge with OSF. I have OSF McFarland it doesn't give me issues like FHN. It's been due for some updating. This includes the FHN hospital. Health care should be simplified because life has enough hardships. I am not happy that I cannot fix my account myself.
