I love this app as I can check my health records and check my status of current things going on with my health and treatment. Easy to use. Accessible. I'm glad they have online portals like this available.

Provides ease and comfort when you need it most. I woke up in the middle of the night with an excruciating sore throat. Thanks to Jeff Connect, I was able to avoid waiting endlessly in the ED or Urgent Care. I spoke with a doctor right away, and they called in a prescription. I'd recommend setting up your account in advance so all the necessary information is there before you need to use the app. That way when you need it, you'll be able to connect to a doctor instantly.

It doesn't connect to anyone or any service. This is a case where the technology surpasses human intelligence. And I don't know what has happened to Jefferson, but it's overrun by foreign doctors with no experience or knowledge of what they are supposed to be educated in... no wonder we are dying younger. I went to Neurologist there, I have D.I. (dissociate Identity) I used a Skinner knife to Carve saying like S.O.S. help Me in my ARMS. They get a guard to escort me to E.R. I undress, have lunch, see some black chick from Psychiatry and 90 minutes later get discharged. Even after a history of horrible violence. BE AFRAID! BE VERY AFRAID IF THESE PEOPLE ARE IN CHARGE. CHRIST!!! And Neurology did not address my headaches. Nice people but know nothing. Waste of time.

I had a scheduled televisit with my provider, downloaded the app and filled in my information. Unfortunately every time I tried to connect to the visit, the app would stop and force me to close and start over. I called tech support. Hopefully they can help fix it, but I was unable to make my appointment. I have an Android phone...UPDATE: I received a notification right after I posted this re iew that the doctor was online and ready to talk to me. I re-logged in and it worked fine.
