Provides ease and comfort when you need it most. I woke up in the middle of the night with an excruciating sore throat. Thanks to Jeff Connect, I was able to avoid waiting endlessly in the ED or Urgent Care. I spoke with a doctor right away, and they called in a prescription. I'd recommend setting up your account in advance so all the necessary information is there before you need to use the app. That way when you need it, you'll be able to connect to a doctor instantly.

I think there system have been compromised. I signed up and an hour later I got a call from someone to be claiming to be from Jefferson billing department. They asked me to verify my identity with birthdate and billing address. I gave all incorrect info, and they said it all checked out fine. I would say they have definitely been hacked!!!!

I had a scheduled televisit with my provider, downloaded the app and filled in my information. Unfortunately every time I tried to connect to the visit, the app would stop and force me to close and start over. I called tech support. Hopefully they can help fix it, but I was unable to make my appointment. I have an Android phone...UPDATE: I received a notification right after I posted this re iew that the doctor was online and ready to talk to me. I re-logged in and it worked fine.
