I got referred to use this platform after I could not get in with my primary doctor yesterday. Long story short I spent 2 hours on the phone because I got referred the number to call I finally get an appointment but after issues with insurance I just paid the 55 out of pocket for Doctor Brent Matzo just for him to take my 55 and tell me just to go to urgent care. Very disappointed will not be using this app again and do not recommend it or the doctor Brent Matzo & still waiting to see a Dr.

The virtual visit itself was fine. But was double charged the amount for a single visit. The app information leads you to believe your insurance can be billed, but when you sign up for your appointment the only option to pay is bank/ credit card. I am a longtime client of Integris. My Primary Care Physician is through Integris. In order to be refunded for the unauthorized charge to my account will take several days. And billing staff were not familiar with the website nor its verbiage at all!
