To many permissions only one dr on call with a long wait. Also will not bill my insurance even though they accept my insurance that literally makes no since. Big FAIl. Delete unable to delete my account, so I had to call to suspend my account.

I disagreed with the doctor I spoke to today, so I tried to send her a
message via the app, but it wouldn't send. I then asked for her BUSINESS
E-MAIL address, which they wouldn't give me either! I can't get an Epi pen
for an allergy that's life-threatening! (Anaphylaxis is defined by the Mayo
Clinic as including diarrhea as one of its symptoms!) NOT only trouble
breathing!!
