UMC Online Care also allows you to schedule in-person appointments, view test results, request prescription refills and communicate directly with your health care team.
24/7 Telemedicine: Connect with a trusted, local UMC provider in a matter of minutes. Our team is here to provide expert-level care for a wide range of urgent issues and routine medical needs, including colds, coughs, sneezes, aches, respiratory issues, most non-narcotic medication refills, ear infections, abdominal pain and many other symptoms. Following your appointment, our team will send any prescriptions to your local pharmacy. On-demand telemedicine visits are available for adult and pediatric patients.
Primary Care Appointments: Schedule an online appointment with your neighborhood UMC Primary Care provider. Offering Primary Care services for adults, our team will work closely alongside you to map out your personalized journey to better health.

I love it the option to not have to sit in a waiting room with a bunch of people who may be sick with other things it's so convenient, Dr's and nurses are so friendly and just as thorough as if seen in the physical ER if not more attentive. This is easy to use app and makes setting the Dr simple.

I just had the most rude and abrasive experience with a doctor, and it was through this app. The doctor repeatedly interrupted by shouting over me while I tried explaining my situation and accused me of lying about the status and severity level of my symptoms. Now I'm sitting here nearly in tears, I already feel awful and just paid $60 just for this medical "professional" to tell me he wouldn't be helping at all. Definitely disputing the charge with my credit card company!

So far, this app su¢k$. I open the app, the main screen appears (white background w/ blue & red "UMC Online Care" logo)...and, that's it. I could see, for several seconds, the loading 'circle' in the center of the screen, but nothing else. Finally, after starting the app 5 or 6x, the "login screen" finally appeared...but, know after the main screen was showing for well over 5 minutes. Once I was finally within the app, it is EXTREMELY slow.

This app is absolutely garbage, it makes no sense to have to resubmit ID every freaking time, it's not user-friendly and it's not accessible especially when it's on your own device. This app is useless UMC is Already a bad hospital in Nevada why not the app too!

Had an appointment but the audio and then the video went down, and so the visit was for naught. Maybe someone who understands media integration on the app writing team would be a good idea.
