With DocSquad, you can quickly and easily have qualified providers review your symptoms and get a diagnosis, with or without insurance. Get most common conditions treated and prescriptions refilled without needing an office visit.
How does it work?
1. Select the reason for your visit 2. Answer online questions for a fast treatment with Digital Diagnosis 3. Receive a diagnosis and treatment plan from a board-certified provider
It's that simple. Our Digital Diagnosis option allows you to submit your symptoms for provider review, while you get on with your day. You can also receive quick prescription refills with no office visit. On average, you'll receive your diagnosis and treatment plan, or prescription refill, in as little as 10 minutes! If the provider has any questions or concerns, they'll reach out to you for a call.
What do we treat?
We can treat you for most common issues, including: • cold and flu • sinus infections • UTIs • skin conditions • aches and pains • gastrointestinal issues • sexual health conditions We also provide quick and easy medication refills.
Our doctors and nurse practitioners are board-certified and based here in the US. The questions used in our Digital Diagnosis are created and regularly re-evaluated by providers to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.

DocSquad is available to everyone 18 and older in the US - with or without insurance. We have upfront pricing with no surprise bills. Connect your insurance to see what your rate will be.
No insurance? No worries! Digital Diagnosis is available at affordable flat rates no matter what the reason for the visit is. Any prescribed medication is additional.

This is the best app ever. I answered questions and then I described what was going on. I was able to send pictures to the doc. I received a treatment plan and prescription with in 10 to 20 minutes. I would have had to spend most of my day at an office.

Brilliant service! Cheaper than the doctor's office. Open 24/7. They responded to my case in less than 10 minutes and gave me the doctors note I needed to take off of work while being sick with the flu. Amazing service Doc Squad!!!

This is not telehealth anymore, all you do is write your symptoms, and they send you prescriptions for medicines that don't help. I used to love this app, but they must be out of money and can't afford to pay real doctors, because I haven't seen a live doctor in months. Forget about video, they won't even call you on the phone.

It used to be good, but they capped the refill duration to 30 days. Having to pay $30 every month just to get a refill makes it pointless now.
