Gone to Daycare @ St. Joseph's Hospital since I was a child, love the staff and facilities... Enjoyed my time with them so much I now work for them. Anywhere app is seeing a doctor done right, no longer having to go into an office and waiting for hours on end, spend 3-5 min with a doctor, and they can prescribe most meds needed. Best thing, I just did a Dr visit from my car at work, didn't have to miss time or use PTO to go and see a doctor in person. Would recommend everyone use this app!

Daycare charges you $69 for the visit (changes over time), and you want your FSA or HSA to pay. So you pay with an FSA debit card, or you use your own debit card and request a reimbursement. Either way you will need a receipt, which Daycare does NOT provide to you without a hassle. Your visit summary will say you paid $0, which is not accurate. Why doesn't Daycare put the receipt in the app? Is Daycare somehow not aware of how FSA or HSA accounts work?

Don't waste your money because to them everything is Covid. I had an appointment as my son had ALL the symptoms of the Flu and the Flu was going around at school. I did the phone call zoom and the Dr. said that it was unlikely the Flu, and it was Covid. I said the Flu was going around, and it seemed like the Flu. He said Nope, definitely covid. I ended up taking him to the Urgent Care and confirmed it he was positive for Flu. I did have a positive experience the first time using them. So 2 star.

The doctor visit was fine, but the pharmacy only got 1/2 of the orders, so I've been waiting on hold for their pharmacy line to fix it... Called a separate customer line, and they transferred me assuring this wasn't the same line... Guess I have to pay for a whole nother visit just to get help? Pick any one of the other teemed apps...

Glitchy app, kept kicking me out, missed my first visit & had to log back in to see a second doctor. The visit itself & rest of the experience was fine. Fix the app.
