I just lost my insurance, and unfortunately I have a terrible ear infection. I signed up paid for the app and within an hour I had spoken with a doctor and had my prescription sent. The fee is per visit, but at $28.78 it's affordable. The app is very easy to navigate. My visit with the doctor was simple and fast. I found out the doctors are volunteers, next time I need a visit I'm making a donation! You can donate a little extra money to keep this app going.

This online doctors platform is amazing! I only paid $28 dollar for a visit, done through chat. I opted for the "ad" version to get the low price and only watched a short 1-2 minute ad. there was a little wait, maybe 45 minutes, after scheduling, but Dr. Baig was super helpful and got my prescription sent to my local pharmacy. They also have a prescription discount affiliate program that saved me about $50 on my prescription compared to goodrx prices. This app is amazing. Thank you instacured!

Do NOT use InstaCured. I paid $28.78 for a telehealth visit, but no doctor ever showed up. Instead of helping, customer support was rude and unprofessional, telling me, "I don't know why you are writing a novel," "It was your mistake," and responding with poorly written emails. This company is supposed to care for sick patients, yet I was treated with disrespect. They only refunded my money but kept emailing me disrespectful emails. This company needs to be further investigated.

Horrible experience. I waited for over 2 hours for a doctor to text me for less than a minute, put a prescription in, and be on their way. It was so impersonal and ridiculously fast. I didn't even have a chance to fully explain why I requested the appointment. They only wrote an RX for 30 days with ZERO refills. My pharmacy automatically requested a refill when it was time, but InstaCured denied it. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. I will never be back.
