Great app, minimalist style but useful.

No support for the UX1000 after months. The headphones desperately needs a firmware update for the overcompensating ANC which makes going over bumps in buses or trams miserable because you can't hear anything else other than pops from the ANC. I emailed final about this a couple of months back, but they still haven't replied even after I sent a follow-up email asking for instructions to at least update the firmware on my headphones. PLEASE fix this and do better.

Instantly closes every time I open the app. Cannot now fine tune my very expensive headphones. Reinstalled several times, same issue, the app shuts down as soon as it is launched.
