Crashes constantly. Takes me 5-10 min just to get in the garage. Often have to clear cache or reinstall after each use of app. Ready to leave over how bad the app is and go back to parkdia

Worked 5 days ago, now it doesn't get past the first loading screen that shows the logo. Samsung Galaxy S10+

Very clunky. Fails to open the PDF reservation, stating I don't have a PDF reader installed, even though I do. Infact several. The app does work though, just in desperate need of a redesign.

This app needs updates to be updated competitive to other parking apps. Others have shuttle tracking and other services that help build the experience, this is so bare bones that it's more of a hassle to use than the website. There is no way to reset password, my points don't show up in the app, and the interface is just not user-friendly. It should at a minimum have the functionality and same information as the website, and it just doesn't. It at times makes me not want to park here...
