Once I figured out there's a difference between the CIT Bank Online app and the CIT Bank Branch app, I was able to get into the mobile app; however, I should be able to access the other app as well but they can't seem to update something as simple as my outdated phone numbers they converted from Mutual of Omaha that are well over 15 years old. I've called them more than 3 times. I refuse to invest anymore time. I don't put it all on CIT. While MofO Insurance is awesome, their banking vertical was the black sheep of the family. It's no wonder they sold it off (CIT was probably the entity dumb enough to take it on. I'm sure the MofO C's laughed all the way to the "bank")! 🏃♀️
