I was a customer for only a short time. Found issues with customer service that led me to cancelling the card. They asked for address verification (address change), by sending me a letter to the address they asked me to verify, after multiple attempts I had to walk away because they locked the card, If this hiccup doesn't happen. I'm still a customer. As it is, I recommend it overall. While the security aspect was aggravating. It is secure. Worthwhile to get credit started or rebuilt.

Unbelievable, I applied for the credit card, and it took the $200 out of my account, however the problem lies where I try to veiw my application, and it says it doesn't exist. They took my money and im not going to receive the credit card because my application doesn't exist

Very rude and disrespectful behavior from customer service, specifically from Clair, who proposes to be a supervisor. Clair decided to find my situation amusing. I made a $350 payment to an on-time account, and now I have to wait 10 days for the payment to go through, even though the funds have cleared my feeder bank. This means my funds are in this nebulous limbo and no one seems to know anything about it. Then there's Clair. A supervisor. Who finds it amusing. Horrible behavior.

Worst customer service reps ever. You spend forever on the phone verifying with the representatives for all of them to give you conflicting information and overall not resolve your issue. I haven't even received my card yet, but I will be canceling since I can't imagine how bad it would be to get help once my card is here. Update: I finally canceled my account and received no confirmation I just have to wait a month and hope I get my closure letter and refund just terrible. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT
