App will not load info after putting correct login information. I stay stuck on the loading screen. It was working fine all this time.

Tells me my password is incorrect and locks me out. If I try to change it, the app sends me a new code that is then listed as invalid. I had to call first atlantic yesterday to have someone open my account.

My biz checking account had serious issues for the last 2 months. We couldn't use Venmo or Quickbooks. Couldn't see our account balance. And were given the runaround by support. We finally get our account restored, and even though it's a "better business" account, this app won't let us log in, saying the app is only for business accounts. We've been banking with FAFCU for years, but this recent transition has been as inept and infuriating as it's been embarrassing and harmful, professionally.
