It's a bank app, they had some issues with the new format, but it looks like it was mostly ironed out. I hope the new update goes smoothly. The update seems to be affecting card controls.

Four out of five times, using this app is a hassle. Fingerprint does not work. Calls to customer service are frequently necessary. App has to be uninstalled and reinstalled. I am on the brink of closing account and moving to another bank.

I've had this app for 3 years now and there has always been updates been done throughout the time I've had it which is annoying. And now it is saying it's not compatible with my phone. Really?
