The app also features a quick and easy process to report power outages, and provides a snapshot of current outages on the FirstEnergy 24/7 Power Center map. Plus, you can stay connected with us through one-touch phone access to our call center and links to our social media accounts. You will need to register your electric account online to take advantage of the billing features, and enroll in eBill to view your entire bill statement. FirstEnergy serves electric utility customers in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia, Maryland and New York.

Nice app. Only one big problem. My galaxy s8 has russian language in settings. The currency in app is displayed in rubles but not in dollars. I can not make a payment until I change the language in the phone settings back to english.
