FirstRamp has been designed for service capture where high volume, time critical tasks are taking place. It allows teams to hit SLA targets by planning the staffing and resources required to ensure all services are achieved for each flight. Management can be confident that all activity is tracked allowing a seamless and accurate process from planning and data capture through to final invoicing.
System configuration is quick, efficient and customisable. Users can design their own processes, react immediately to internal or customer-driven change requirements, and specify what data to capture on the mobile app for every type of turnaround task. I am using the Android version, and it has a couple of issues. 1. If you try to upload more than 6 pictures at a time the app crashes. 2. If you try to capture more than 4 pictures the app crashes. 3. It will randomly log you out with no warning 4. You can only select to upload 1 picture at a time. 5. It takes a second to pull up pictures and if you double-click on the select button it will open two menus that you can't use.
