Fit As: Log Steps & Walks

HOW IT WORKS

Pick what you did — walking, running or hiking. Then describe it the way you actually remember it:

• Distance and time — "five kilometres, about an hour"
• Time and pace — "forty minutes at a brisk walk"

Fit As works out the steps and the distance, and lays them down minute by minute across the time the walk actually took, the way a pedometer would have. Not one lump on a single instant — a real curve, so the apps that read your data see a walk and not a glitch.

EVERY ACTIVITY, NOT JUST WALKING

The workout sheet covers eleven activities: walking, running, treadmill, hiking, cycling, swimming, yoga, HIIT, strength training, cooldown and anything else. Give it a duration, and a distance and calories if you know them. It goes into Health Connect as a real exercise session, where your other fitness apps can see it.

Undo really does undo: Fit As can only delete what Fit As wrote, so a walk your phone recorded itself is never touched.

Fit As is free. Log a workout after a short ad, as often as you like. PRO removes the ads and the wait — one price, weekly, yearly, or a single one-time purchase if you'd rather never think about it again.

PRIVACY

Your health data stays on your phone and in Health Connect. Fit As has no account, no server, and no copy of anything you log. There is nothing to leak.

Fit As needs permission to write workouts, steps and distance to Health Connect, and to read today's step total back so it can show it to you. That's all it asks for and all it uses.

Fit As is a logging tool. It doesn't track you, and it can't tell whether the walk you describe actually happened — that part is on you.
