I HAVE HAD THIS UNIT FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND IT HAS BEEN DEPENDABLE. THERE ARE TIMES IT ISN'T COUNTING THE STEPS AND IT DOESN'T RECORD MY SLEEP ACCURATELY. IT WILL SAY I WENT TO BED ANYTIME BETWEEN 2- 3:30 AM BUT AT 74 YEARS OLD I AM NOT GOING TO BED AT THAT TIME. WE ARE IN BED BEFORE MIDNIGHT. MY OXYGEN IS OFF B/P IS PRETTY ACCURATE.

I found it to be ok when I was sleeping between 9pm - 4am but since I have been getting up at 2am it no longer records my sleep. After syncing and checking the sleep record it says this time (2.30am) is for sleep tracking and gives me nothing. (this sux). Since last update (11/20) I no longer have graphs for my health data.

My issue is this app no longer records & shows my heart rate daily average or the history. It doesn't show the heart rate graphs anymore either. It only shows steps & sleep history. It has made my watch useless. I would have given it a 5* rating before.

Heavy battery drain Samsung phone indicated app using 13% of cpu plus it disrupted Bluetooth operation. Constantly trying to turn Bluetooth on even when i wanted Bluetooth off. Would disconnect wireless headphones from Bluetooth to connect to Bluetooth. Finally just deleted app, no more Bluetooth issues. Great watch but app wants to take over your phone 😕☹.
