Scales and app seem accurate, there are some bad reviews from reluctant fatties like myself that didn't believe they are this far from there goal, and I can confirm after a paid bmi check that it's pretty close so WOMP fatties we just gotta get through this

I can't manually enter a weight in prior data. Interface is cumbersome not user-friendly & glitches. Customer serv never responds to msg.
