Scales and app seem accurate, there are some bad reviews from reluctant fatties like myself that didn't believe they are this far from there goal, and I can confirm after a paid bmi check that it's pretty close so WOMP fatties we just gotta get through this

I can't manually enter a weight in prior data. Interface is cumbersome not user-friendly & glitches. Customer serv never responds to msg.

No backup. Over years woth of data gone. Created new account. The body age wasn't even close. Started over again and new account won't accept password. Wish never would have wasted the money this scale.
