I've tried registering for an account but have not received a verification code. After several attempts and messages for help I am giving up.

After 3 days of playing with this thing I still can't get it to read anything more than my body weight. I've tried to reach out to The help center I tried googling, all the reviews are from people who were sent this scale not who actually bought it. And there's a connection issue Google Pixel it does not connect easily or at all. I would love for somebody to help, and I would love to actually use the scale but as of now it only reads my body weight and will not do a full scan.
