After 3 days of playing with this thing I still can't get it to read anything more than my body weight. I've tried to reach out to The help center I tried googling, all the reviews are from people who were sent this scale not who actually bought it. And there's a connection issue Google Pixel it does not connect easily or at all. I would love for somebody to help, and I would love to actually use the scale but as of now it only reads my body weight and will not do a full scan.

The scale consistently shows error I've only had it for maybe 3 months and for the last month and a half it is a chore to get an actual reading because it keeps erroring it says err and when you look it up it says you're too heavy when you get that code scales rated for 400 I'm 242 waste of money
