Bought a Jackery 5000 + 1900w solar panel for our remote shop, we need it that keep it on all the time, but it just turns it off after a few hours, after back and forth for 7 days and frustrated, finally figured it out we have to turn that energy save mode and auto shut-off mode both to "never" to keep this constantly powered on, now is working great.

Have to make an account just to use Bluetooth to see the battery level on my Explorer 240. Not going to happen.

There is NO reason why I should need to log into an account in order to control the device over Bluetooth.
