It works pretty well. I do wish they would create a firmware to turn on or off the Bluetooth or to keep it automatically searching for the phone to connect back to, so you don't have to re-cycle the physical device to reconnect, but that might be a hardware thing... Update 7/25/26... Still on version 1 of my device firmware, I'd still love to see those features, or maybe it automatically keeping/turning on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth search while the device is either plugged in charged or charging...

I don't know what the issue is with this app at the moment. It used to work, and now it doesn't, I can't log in, I re-installed the app, and now I still can't log in, I can't get past the select region section. It's just scrolling. The actual jackery is charging via solar but the % of charge is lower than when it started despite bright direct sunshine for last 4 hours or so. Something has gone horribly wrong. Ok - so after leaving a 1-star review ths issue has been resolved. Thank you

This app is absolutely flawless, and I love it. The layout and everything within the app is amazing. It's very simple, and nothing about it is complicated. Although sometimes it is delayed by a second when you make selections within the app, that's not a big deal, and that is expected because honestly, it has to connect to the device over the internet or Wi-Fi. Setting the device up and connecting it to the actual device is absolutely amazing and flawless.

Requires internet connectivity and to register and log into an account to use any features related to a device that exists locally and shouldn't need either of these. Leaving feedback via the app also requires an account. That's a hard no from me.

All it does is show you what percentage your battery is or what the charging progress is. I can't turn on my Jackery using the app, I can't turn off my jackery using the app and if that's all the app does, why I even need to use the app.

Stupid login account required to connect to your jackery via Bluetooth. Great when you have no internet connection! So dumb.
