Love the app and my new Jackery does everything you need from a power station 🚉. Wish there was a toggle to turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi oh well. It would be nice to monitor 2 Jackerys at once without switching.

Bought a Jackery 5000 + 1900w solar panel for our remote shop, we need it that keep it on all the time, but it just turns it off after a few hours, after back and forth for 7 days and frustrated, finally figured it out we have to turn that energy save mode and auto shut-off mode both to "never" to keep this constantly powered on, now is working great.

It works pretty well. I do wish they would create a firmware to turn on or off the Bluetooth or to keep it automatically searching for the phone to connect back to, so you don't have to re-cycle the physical device to reconnect, but that might be a hardware thing... Update 7/25/26... Still on version 1 of my device firmware, I'd still love to see those features, or maybe it automatically keeping/turning on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth search while the device is either plugged in charged or charging...

Sub par app for sub par products. I rarely need the app but whenever I do try to use it, it promps me to log in, username and password. Why?!? Then, it won't connect to my Jackery power station 😒. JUNK!

I have an explorer 600 plus and a 300 plus. To use the app both need an internet connection, or they won't connect. That makes the app worthless for remote camping where we have no cell service, which is exactly what these power stations were designed for! To make matters worse, you can only change the battery saver function through the app, so you might get stuck with a power station that only charges to 85%, and no way to change it back to full power. Somebody needs to wake up here!? Response=BS
