So far the generator and solar panels are working as expected. My unit was up and running in no time flat and the unit is very intuitive. Next to evaluate what the app can do. For example does it generate a detail load report. Could not pair. App Manual downloads in German. Suspect the App is nothing more than a marketing gimmick, I.e. Location services must be enabled per some pseudo FCC requirements to use Bluetooth. 500 miles from nowhere I won't have Internet. App uninstalled.

The Jackery APP for Explorer 1000 V2 isn't in the Google Play Store. I found it on the apple play store and it's a different app and works fine. The app isn't on the Google Play Store. EDIT: The app is on the play store by clicking the Jackery name under the app title but my android isn't compatible and my phone isn't old by any standard. My Iphone is older than my android.

This app is terrible! Cant scan my QR code, can't connect with Bluetooth, and enter serial number? There is no serial number on the unit. Oh, and the original jackery app can not be installed. I wasted 30 min of my life that I will never get back

Terrible, someone else got it for me, the "Explorer 1000" won't pair {r connect to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi no matter how I try.
