Have the charger pitty energy can't communicate with Duracell Solar, works great though, have the Zappi and Duracell Solar system, two great systems that don't talk to each other

We have a Zappi and Eddi in use for the past 2 years with PV and batteries. It just works so well and the App integrates it all very effectively. What's not to like!

It's a great app but missing any control of Libby really. We need to be able to tell it to charge Libby when we have free energy hours with our supplier (something I think all are going to offer) having to get installer to make changes as to when it charges from solar etc...it really needs more flexibility on the app for Libby owners. Hopefully this will now come along as more opt for battery storage. Otherwise a great app for zapppi and solar.

I'm finding this app utterly confounding. It may work well with other my energy devices but with the zappi Glo it seems hardly to work. Displays information which I can get from my solar panel and battery provi app. But charging my car, or it's ability so control where the power comes from it's hit-and-miss or none existent. No way to set it not to charge my car from my storage batteries, it's not well integrated with octopus energy. All the online help directs to other devices.

Good idea but extremely unreliable. Now with a new Zappi Glo EV charger I'm constantly ending up with a low battery level in the morning, charging stops after a little charge with no apparent reason. 'Manual' boost function virtually doesn't work from the app, ev preventing messages, master lost messages etc. which were non-existing with the previous charger. Not happy at all spending a fair amount of money on what I thought would be an improvement from the previous setup. Constant trouble.

If, as I do, you have a home battery and get paid for exporting power to the grid the My Energy app doesn't help you - you must turn the eddi and zappi off and on manually since the app has no such option as "only come on during the cheap off-peak period or if I select boost". When the eddi/zappi is off/stop it won't perform the scheduled off-peak charge. When it is on/eco+ it will, but it also takes excess power that I intend to be sold to the grid. They should provide a "boost only" option.
