Fitdock records your daily activities and can combine them with smart exercise equipment to automatically track your health progress. On top of recording your heart rate and sleep data, the app also records individual exercise workouts within the app.
The main features: 1. Health data display: Fitdock records data relevant to your physical condition such as steps taken, sleep hours, heart rate, calories burned, while also provides you with professional interpretations over these data. 2. Exercise data analysis: Fitdock is also able to record while you exercise, and will display various data, including a detailed route and various exercise data analysis afterwards. 3. Notifications assistant: Fitdock pushes CALL、SMS and other app notifications to the connected smartwatch, you can mute, answer, or hang up on the connected device while receiving an incoming call. You can also quickly reply to the caller via SMS.
Please note: Fitdock will use your location in the background when you work out. It will draw a map of your activity and provide accurate exercise data.

For the most part it's been fine. But I've noticed recently after exercising, the step count resets back to 453 steps even though I have 2000+ steps. Not sure why this is happening. Randomly, I feel my wrist vibrate, and then I check my watch and see the steps have gone backwards in their count.

The steps are way overestimated, the sleep tracking is inconsistent and makes no sense. It says I got 10 hours of sleep but also that I got 3 hours of sleep. And the home screen defaults to 2 months in the future, so to even see the weird sleep tracking, I have to go back to the present every time. there's some major glitches in both the watch and the app.

The app will NOT OPEN on my Android phone. The first time I loaded it out came up. I was able to register. Then each time I would try and log in, it keeps saying server issues. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 30 times. I have restarted my phone twice. I have some on the VPN. I have turned off the VPN. I have done it on Wi-Fi, 3 different Wi-Fi's, off Wi-Fi. NOTHING WORKS TO USE THE APP. I have been doing this since Christmas Day, 8 days it really stinks.

My wife bought an EW1 model for me. Within 1 day, the watch stopped tracking steps, and the app recorded nothing despite walking around and playing with my kids. Buy a step counter from a reputable brand. This is a defective product
