Good for workout tracking. But I didn't like because of the usability issues. No visual presentation of the exercises, so many taps and back navigation to maintain the workout log, no muscle group indicators. I have used other apps and maybe expecting something closer to those. Otherwise, seems to be a good simple app to log workouts

The top gym logs have a bit too much going on including graphs, diets, exercises, time took, water intake, weight etc. This app is more simple and straightforward for the avg person who doesn't need to keep track of every micro detail for their day. Good job

Edit: reinstalled to provide more detailed feedback. Nothing about this app suggests it was developed by or for resistance trainers. The free version is more restricted than other apps in this space and nothing I saw on the free version encouraged me to upgrade. Specifically I couldn't find an easy way to: * Create a program that varies for different days of the week and progresses week to week * Add custom exercises and attribute load to primary and helper muscles * Way more than 500 ch allow

The free version functions identically to a pencil and paper, which means I'd rather just do that. The paid version is where all the functionality you would actually want is. Save your time and money and use a pencil and paper or Google spreadsheet.
