My first time experience at the one in Tun bridge castle today was amazing. The staff there are very polite, understanding and give good vibes. Their burgers filling, delicious and left and ever lasting smile on my face I truly recommend it to others.

I used your app to order, nice, simple, and easy to use. Staff were clean, polite, and friendly. A young lady with a facial dermal piercing was very helpful and smiled while she worked. The gentle man packing the order was polite and seemed to be enjoying his job. The team seemed to work well and happily together which was nice to see.

It won't accept a delivery to my location, even though I can order from the deliveroo app. However, that way I don't get all the customization I want.

The ordering process was ok until the end. Spent 20 mins ordering for 6 people the went to the checkout page. The checkout page asked me to Log In or Register or enter my details. I registered only for my basket to be emptied and had to start again. Re-did my order only for the payment screen to fail to take a payment after sever attempts so had to go to the till and order again. Note: If you want to register your details, do this before ordering.

It doesn't work, so obviously it's going to be one star. Don't waste your time with this pointless app, and don't bother with the website either as it took me nearly 15 mins to order via that!

Absolutely dreadful. Who wrote this piece of garbage? Unable to find my location, unable to log in despite having an account. Items missing from the menu (milkshakes) and then when you finally get to the checkout and enter the payment details it throws you bank to the initial page without placing the order. An exercise in frustration, annoyance and designed to raise your blood pressure to breaking point. I repeat, written by a 5-year-old and completely useless. PS. The burgers are good.

Unable find my location from device location or postcode, hopeless app. Pay some half decent developers please.
