I had a good experience with their electrician. However, the application needs some improvement. It takes long time to load its pages. Sometimes I had to mini/max the app to load the page correctly. Another issue, while texting with the customer service, I don't see my text. Only when I hit send, I can see my message The app is installed on Android

I've used the app and faced a challenge with the electrician, and now I'm removing the app, not because of the electrician but when I called the customer service, she was super defensive, hung up on me and was talking his side all the way without even trying to understand what's going on!!! I thought the concept of the service that you as a starter provide a service not just allocate someone to do the job!!!! Extremely disappointed

No follow up from the application managing team for fixers, sent for chat help and no response, not enough control over fixers attitude and assure the quality of work received, all fixers did not provide any final affordable solutions except an electrician. Removed the app not going to use it again

Bad service really They don't follow its customer I have claim from the plumber and no one response I will remove this application because they take from me 500 L. E for maintenance and still not work I am disappointed from this service
