Unnecessarily tricky to get any customer support. Third theft from Flannels orders. It's either staff in warehouse or delivery / sorting at DPD. Unfortunately Flannels don't care and the customer ends up being out of pocket

I purchased a £343 dress from Flannels and paid £11.99 delivery. It arrived in a clear zip bag with no proper packaging. The dress had clearly been worn, with makeup marks inside and a strong perfume smell. This is unacceptable for a luxury retailer. I also had to pay £6.99 to return it, despite it not being my fault. Very disappointing experience and poor quality control

It becomes so slow when scrolling through the wish list aswell as favouriting items. It's very slow general.

Who on earth got paid to design this app? A pile of rubbish. You want to search a category there are over 400 and not in alphabetical order! You can't search a specific item I know you have 🙄 well uninstalled and customer lost
