I purchased a £343 dress from Flannels and paid £11.99 delivery. It arrived in a clear zip bag with no proper packaging. The dress had clearly been worn, with makeup marks inside and a strong perfume smell. This is unacceptable for a luxury retailer. I also had to pay £6.99 to return it, despite it not being my fault. Very disappointing experience and poor quality control

Unnecessarily tricky to get any customer support. Third theft from Flannels orders. It's either staff in warehouse or delivery / sorting at DPD. Unfortunately Flannels don't care and the customer ends up being out of pocket

Majority of products I click on are not available. If they're not available take them off the site and app. There's not even an option to filter items that are out of stock.
