I'm a new customer and so far everything has been good. Customer service is great and no problems at all with my mobile service. I'm going to try their wireless home broadband, the price is competitive at $49.95 per month. However, there is a monthly fee for a modem, either $4.00 for the standard model or $10 for the portable wireless modem. They have a good reputation and offer no lock in contacts. Looking forward to my wireless internet.

Spintel is a nice app. Easy to understand the usage of data, sms and calling. Interactive UI/Ux and Live chat saves customer's time.

If you like watching the spinning wheel go around and around infinitum, then this app is for you. Very relaxing and has therapeutic value as a "de-stressing" app. However, it does not log you in but gets stuck on the login page.

I thought that all the 1 and 2-star reviews were being too harsh... That was until I signed up with spin tel and installed the app. Lol. It literally only shows your account number, current data usage and date till the end of billing cycle. Tapping the buttons to manage your account opens a link to external web browser and the page never loads 😂 I recommend doing any account management on PC web browser or via the browser on your phone. This app is useless.

Literally useless as an app, all it can do is tell you how much data you have gone through or link you to their website, taking you out of the app and into the browser.
