★★★★★ I love this app because you can be creative with your workout, I found a simple editor and it took me about 5 minutes to figure out what to do. After that it was simple. I have already created 5 workouts and it's simple to adjust them to make them better. Just go to your settings and turn up sounds on your phone so you can hear the voice or notification sound. A+++++++ app

★★★★★ Utterly perfect. You import a plain-text file that you write yourself, and in thirty seconds it's done. You write (in, say, Notepad, the plain-text editor that comes free with Windows) like this: Countdown 5 Pushups 90 Rest 3600 That's exactly how you write it. In this example, you get a five-second countdown, an interval for a minuteand a half, then an hour's interval before the next one. To repeat it, you copy and paste this a few times in the text file for as m,any rounds as you like. Then you upload it to the app, perhaps with Dropbox. The settings let you use alarms to mark beginings and ends of intervals. Can't fault it.
