Easy to use, reliable, large variety of cars, and with great customer service and support. Only minor issue is that it won't directly allow me to open the cars' location through Google Maps, but the directions associated with each car seem accurate.

This is the app that is linked on the homepage, but this app is locked and just tells you to use the new app. The new app doesn't recognize me as an existing member and after signing up again, it doesn't work and tells me to use a browser. The "log in" button on their website doesn't work wither. What is going on?

I've sent an email also, but I'm hopeful this actually gets read by an engineer. Since the last release the application has become almost unusable The loading spinner stays on the screen and fails to stop. I've found closing and opening the app can sometimes get past this issue on the home screen. However, if it happens on the booking screen, I've had to resort to using the Lexical website from my phone instead. Can you please investigate and fix this issue? Thanks

has booked it despite you already in the vehicle. Ridiculous system.

This is app is cumbersome. No direct links to Sale Pods. Needs to have a better search map that allows a click to the lication immediately when you type the address. The worst experience booking a car. 30 min. And I am a member!
