I've been using CoPilot for about ~7 months now, and the overall app experience and catalog of coaches has been excellent. I've not encountered any glitches/bugs, the flexible and trainer-programmable exercise routines (along with in-app videos) are great, and I appreciate that I can text/call my trainer to talk about recent workouts and ask questions. Also, really like that using this app can be mostly hands-free (if I do circuits) when in the gym as I work out!

I'm almost at a year, and despite a busy year with travel and setbacks, the flexibility of having an app with a personal trainer that I can take with me is stellar. I have accountability, routine, and someone else to organize the actual workouts and progress for me. I can move a workout, switch to something else, and otherwise accommodate the chaos in my life while still showing up and doing the work. And I've been matched to a trainer suited to help me attain my goals.

This has been a very successful training option for me. I've never had an easy time building habits, especially in regards to fitness, and just having consistent feedback and a push to make it happen has worked wonders. The app is entirely reliable for me, but might benefit from some polish here and there. Compared to other fitness apps, it's a little light on demonstrating the right way to do an exercise, but I can check in with my trainer and get some pointers, or head to YouTube if I'd rather

Can't register due to in the alert dialog for choosing the country code I can not scroll down to choose country. If I try to scroll something weird starts happening the Refresh indicator appears on the top. So, just 1 star. Please fix asap

I have a galaxy watch 5 pro and the watch app has been broken for months now, and I've reported it multiple times now with no response. The timer does not stay in sync at all, and it takes forever for it to update to the next set. The only thing I'm getting out of this service at this point is the trainer setting my routines for me, which I can pay a local trainer to do for much cheaper. I am getting ready to cancel this service.

The app itself is buggy and the service stinks. All the coaches have different availability, and you cannot see their schedule until you select them as your coach. I was hopping from one coach to another repeatedly to try and find one who could fit my schedule and none of them did. I even contacted support, and they said they'd get back to me with a list of coaches whom could fit my time, and they never got back to me.

I wish this app were compatible with a chest strap for heart rate monitoring. I really don't like to wear my watch during my workouts. I have to turn the face inside so my kettle bell doesn't rest on the watch face. Also, some exercises may cause your wrist to flex, touch the watch stem, and pause or advance the exercise. To go on a walk randomly or any other non-coach-built or designed exercises, although it can sync back for Fitbit/Health Connect, it does not "count."
