I have no star for this app, please don't use it. I have sent migration request but still I didn't get any response.

This app is useless and has in effect stopped working. It tells me that I am using an old account and need to migrate to newer account and I should email Flip drive something I have now done several times but have still not received a response. Also, when I try to access my account online all the folders are empty, but it says that I am using 9.68gbs of the 10 gbs. Flip drive, get this sorted out now or take this app down until you can sort out the problems that you are clearly having!!!! Update 07-10-18 Another week and no change. Someone from Flip drive needs to clearly state if this app is dead or Google needs to take this app down.
